About Patrick Newmann

Renowned as both the Resort Manager at Solitude Lembeh Resort by Solitue World and our distinguished Photo Pro, Patrick Neumann brings his expertise to this exclusive workshop. Here in our resort, we focus on capturing stunning underwater images of marine life and nurturing your photographic endeavors.

Patrick’s diving odyssey commenced at the tender age of 7 under the tutelage of his father, an active Dive Instructor. Venturing into underwater photography in 2006, he swiftly garnered accolades in prestigious contests like Epson Red Sea Shootout and The Underwater Photographer of the Year.

His work has graced the pages of notable publications such as National Geographic and TAUCHEN, underscoring his dedication to this art form. As a Nauticam ambassador, he wields a Canon 5Dmkiv and boasts extensive knowledge of diverse camera systems, honed through experience as a sales advisor for a leading UW photo equipment specialist in Germany.
