From remote coral reefs and dramatic walls to vibrant reef systems, volcanic black sand slopes and world-famous shark encounters, every destination offers a distinctly different underwater experience.

Along the way, discover the pristine reefs of Cagayancillo, the renowned muck diving of Dauin and Zamboanguita, the colourful coral gardens of Apo Island, the famous sardine run of Moalboal, and the iconic thresher sharks of Malapascua. Each region reveals a new chapter in the Philippines’ extraordinary marine biodiversity.

Designed for divers seeking variety and exploration, this itinerary blends spectacular reef diving, exceptional macro opportunities and unforgettable pelagic encounters into one seamless expedition aboard Solitude One.

Day 1: Puerto Princesa – Embarkation (No Diving)
Embarkation is between 1400 and 1800. Meet the crew, complete registration and settle into your cabin before departing on the overnight crossing to Tubbataha.

Days 2–6: Tubbataha Reefs National Park (3–4 Dives/Day)
Spend five unforgettable days exploring one of the world’s premier dive destinations and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Expect spectacular wall dives, pristine coral gardens, exceptional visibility, schools of jacks and barracuda, turtles, reef sharks and occasional whale sharks. Night dives are not permitted within the National Park.

Day 7: Cavili & Cagayancillo (3-4 Dives)
Explore the remote reefs surrounding Cavili and Cagayancillo, destinations rarely visited outside of transition cruises. Healthy coral reefs, dramatic walls and abundant marine life make for an exciting day of diving away from the crowds.

Days 6–7: Dauin & Balicasag

Days 8-9: Dauin, Zamboanguita & Apo Island (3-4 Dives/Day)
Experience two contrasting underwater worlds. Discover the famous black sand muck diving of Dauin and Zamboanguita, home to an incredible variety of rare macro life, before exploring Apo Island’s vibrant coral reefs, schooling fish and resident sea turtles.

Day 10: Moalboal & Pescador Island (3-4 Dives)
Dive some of Cebu’s most celebrated sites, including the famous sardine run. Explore colourful reefs and dramatic walls while encountering turtles, schools of tropical fish and the incredible marine biodiversity that makes this region so popular.

Days 11-13: Kimud & Monad Shoals / Malapascua (2-4 Dives/Day)
Begin your mornings at the renowned cleaning stations of Kimud and Monad Shoals for the opportunity to encounter Malapascua’s famous thresher sharks before the day boats arrive. The surrounding reefs also offer colourful coral gardens, diverse reef life and excellent macro opportunities. On the final day of diving, two to three dives are scheduled to ensure the required minimum 18-hour pre-flight surface interval.

Day 14: Mactan, Cebu – Disembarkation (No Diving)
Arrive in Mactan, Cebu, where your journey comes to an end. Disembarkation is between 0600 and 1100, with transfers available to Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
